Ramkumar Kannadasan is a sculptor and interdisciplinary artist based in Chennai, India. Working with a variety of processes including, drawings, stone, metals, wood, terracotta, and ceramics, his projects take shape through knowledge, skill, and rigor in working with materials and manipulation to create form.   He holds an MFA from the College Of Art, University of Delhi, India, and a BFA from Govt. College of Fine Arts, Chennai, India. Ramkumar was presented with a national award by the Lalit Kala Akademi of India's Ministry of Culture. He is a recent recipient of the Charles Wallace India Trust Scholarship, British Council in 2022-23.
